This website will give a look into the real dangers behind being a repossession agent. It will give important information about banks and finance companies that put out the repo orders and what the repo agent legally can do. Our main focus is to let everybody know what can be done legally and what is illegall. And also to focus on the tremendous life altering affects that a Traumatic Brain Injury can have on a person and their family, like mine. I received a Traumatic Brain Injury on May 16, 2005 while I was trying to repossess a 98 Camaro in Paducah Ky from Sylvia Driver. I will tell you about what happened and what I remember about that night as I keep adding on more information. But I know from personal experience about how TBI changes a person's life and I want to give you some helpful suggestions of things to do for both yourself and your family members so that each day is not a bad day. To our visitors, we are just getting started so please forgive me for not having as much information on the site as I wanted to have already. But I feel the need to make sure that everyone knows the reality of being a repossession agent. How dangerous that job really is. What you can legally do when confronted by a repossession agent. What to do to try and stop your loan being in default getting turned over to a repossession company. The steps to take in order to try and avoid that. In the event that your vehicle does get repossessed and your personal property is still in it what the company I was working for would do with it. And things that we were forced to do by that company that were illegal regarding the repossessed vehicles and parts on the vehicles. Things that company was doing that in regards to paychecks were illegal. The stories that I will be writing and adding everyday will be absolutely mind boggeling. But with the stories that I write I will also be uploading documents to show you the reader just how crooked this company is. I also will be writing about the repossession assignment that while trying to repossess the 98 Camaro the debtor tried to kill me. As I said before I will be adding more each day so make sure and always come back in the evening time and check whats been added that day. I just want to get all of the knowledge I have regarding repossessions, the legal aspects of what the agent can and can't do, the legal aspects of what the repossession company can and can't do, and the reality of how dangerous that job is out to as many people as I can so that I can try and help as many people as I can. So that they can try and avoid even having to deal with a repo agent.

My ex husband and I worked as repossession agents for almost 5 years. Not long after starting that job we can to realize that repossession is not just a job, its a way of life. You have to eat, sleep, breathe, and your life has to revolve around that job non-stop. We also found out what a repossession agent can and can't do in order to do the job legitimatlly. Also during that time we came to find out the dangers of the job. We soon came to find out about a company that we worked for breaking almost every law that you could ever imagine. So we set up this website to make sure and give anyone who has a vehicle, boat, atv (etc.) financed and the public in general useful information that could help them with a bank or financing company. To make sure and to give the ever so important information about laws regarding repossions as an agent and about the company we worked for. And to raise awareness to Traumatic Brain Injuries and the kinds of devasting affects that it can have on the person ithappens to. But as of now, its completely unbelievable how the brain can heal itself. If you have the will power and the inner strength to help this happen. And I most certainly do. I am living proof that positive things can happen as long as you truly believe in yourself and put your heart and mind to it......This website is dedicated to and in memory of Travis Flener. He also worked at the same company we did. He too knew of all of the things that they were doing that were illegal. But he was just like us, he also couldn't do anything about it because if he did he would lose his job. He was a wonderful person and a great friend. He was kind of person who would always do anything he could for you to make sure that your were okay. He had the biggest heart and when he left this world, this world lost one of the best guys that there could have ever been. Travis, you may be gone, but you will NEVER be forgotten. R.I.P.
